RARE Vintage Omega for Tiffany Pre-Seamaster automatic watch, 14k gold runs

Beautiful & RARE Omega “Pre-Seamaster” made for Tiffany & Co. It is solid 14k yellow gold, not plated. It has numbers at the 12, 3, 6 & 9 with the original tritium lume at each marker. It has a screw down caseback. It will run a bit then stop. My presumption is it needs a cleaning. I will leave that up to the new owner because as a watch collector myself, I would rather choose my watch technician. There is a name engraved on the back. Maker: Omega for Tiffany & Co.
