RARE Vintage Omega for Tiffany Pre-Seamaster automatic watch, 14k gold runs

Beautiful & RARE Omega “Pre-Seamaster” made for Tiffany & Co. It is solid 14k yellow gold, not plated. It has numbers at the 12, 3, 6 & 9 with the original tritium lume at each marker.
