Up for grabs is this incredibly rare Omega TC1 (Time Computer) from the early 1970s. The watch is in fantastic condition. This is a time only watch, one button. Push once for time, push and hold for running seconds. Magnificent piece, the crystal is scratch free and the Omega name and logo are completely intact. Cosmetically, it is close to new old stock, apart from the faintest brassing on the edge of the links close to the clasp, nothing really just slightly wearing. The watch is in perfect working order, keeping good time. The display is 100% intact, the LED dots all complete and burning brightly. The watch is set using a magnet which is hidden in the clasp, and as expected, this one comes with the horseshoe magnet in the clasp. The watch fits a 7.5 inch wrist comfortably. The build quality of this watch is superb, solid LED watch offering from Omega, really high quality case and bracelet, bracelet is signed Omega. The case and bracelet are beautifully brushed, not like some of these polished to death shiny examples out there. You will be hard pushed to find an example of this quality these days, especially in Australia. These watches are becoming rarer all the time, this one is a great investment for the future, or if you just want to wear some 70s bling on your wrist, a real eye catcher and conversation piece.
