VINTAGE RARE OMEGA RANCHERO REF 2990-1 MANUAL WIND CAL 267 REFINISHED DIAL. Just restored from my watch maker. Cleaned and oiled new crown new case tube and gasket , new black cherry leather strap, new hands, Has NOT been buffed and or polished. I wore it for two days on my 7 1/4 inch wrist so the strap is a little softer. Two pics were added.
