Antique & Vintage Jewellery. Rare Vintage 1960’s Gents Omega Seamaster Chronostop Stainless GMT Notation 41MM. FROM A HUGE COLLECTION OF OVER 5,000 WATCHES! Some items may require a light clean. The omega stainless steel case is in good condition. The watch case has surface scratches which is to be expected. There is deeper scratches to the back where previous owners would of attempted to open the case with the incorrect tools. The screw back watch case is marked for Omega, also marked 120m tested waterproof (I advise to get the watch re-sealed). The dial is in excellent condition. The dial is signed Omega Chronostop Seamaster. The crystal has surface scratches. The 865 cal manual wind movement is running and is keeping excellent time. The chronostop movement is in working order, you press the button down, the orange finger moves, you press the button again and it fly’s back to the start. This model is quite rare due to the added GMT notation which is used with the 10 o’clock winding crown. The Omega strap is original to the wristwatch, it is scratched and slightly worn. The strap may benefit from a change or a tidying up. The watch is totally original, it does have scratches but we have decided not to polish or clean the item. From a large watch. The watch case is marked Omega etc. The movement is signed 865 cal. Measurements:- The watch head is 4.45cm wide including both of the winding crowns x 4.7cm long.
