This is legendary 30T2 Rg (adjusted 5 position and temperature). In the late 1930’s Omega developed a series of chronometers movements (designated as 30T2 RG) to participate in the annual competition of the Geneva Observatory. During that decade, these 30T2 RG chronometers won numerous awards outperforming other brands such as Patek Philippe or Rolex. This fine example sports a 33mm 18k Solid Yellow Gold case with original crown and snap back, signed and hallmarked. Beautiful matching golden dial with elegant applied Roman numerals, leaf-shaped hands and small seconds.
