For your consideration is a pre-owned vintage mens 18K pink gold Omega Seamaster dress watch made for the 1956 Olympics in Melbourne, Australia. No box or papers. Approximately 100 of these pre-commercial Olympiad Omega Seamaster were said to be made with Olympic Rings on the dial. The Omega dial is 100% original in rare enamel with cross of merit and Olympic Rings with beautiful pink gold hour markers and pink gold original hands. There is some bubbling of the enamel but the rings is very clear the dial presents very well with lovely patina. The case is 100% original in solid 18K pink gold with extremely sharp chamfers throughout. This case was never polished and as good as you will find for a watch nearly 65 years old. Original pink gold Omega crown is also very crisp. The case back is amazing with very sharp Olympic logo. The case measures 34mm in diameter. The movement is a high grade Omega cal. 471, 19 jewel automatic movement. Telling good time when checked but no service history is known.
