So Rare Vintage Deco Omega 30t2 Rosé 18ct Solid Gold Tear Drop Lugs, Boxed 1944

This is a stunning vintage Omega Teddington, a real beauty, with wonderfull configuration, “tear drop” fancy long lugs in 18K 750 PINK gold, original art deco dial, you will certainly receive many compliments. Case: 18K 0750 solid Pink (rosé) Gold. The lugs are amazing, long tear drops, very solid, please check the images, hallmark of the solid gold behind one of the lugs and at the crown side. The winding side crown is not signed, it is in excellent conditions, and it is pink gold as the case. Vertical measures : long 43 mm from the tip of one lug to the other x full 35 mm horizontal without counting the side crown , if you count it will be almost 37 mm x 10 mm thickness. Dial Original (not retouched or re-painted). White color with patina from the aging (PLEASE CHECK THE IMAGES CAREFULLY), beautifull Art deco arabic styled numerals (12, 3 and 9) and five minute marks, all of them mantain the rosé color, i read somewhere that probably were factory handpainted. I also included an image of the back of the dial, for you to see there are no paint or restaurations. Pink gold hands, subsecond hand is blued and original too, aged accordingly. Original dial, so please observe the magnified images to see the actual condition. It is a very rare and combines perfectly with the vintage case long lugs and the 18CT rosé gold, a wonderfull 40s collectors timepiece. Omega 30T2 caliber, silver movement, clean and preserved considering it´s age. I decided to list it, so i brought the watch to my confident watchmaker and it is now completely serviced (fully dismantled, cleaned, finally oiled with fine moebius swiss oil and adjusted at the timing machine). It is actually keeping good time and running “strong as a tractor” – 30t2. Serial number is : 10.366.920. The watch was produced in 1944. Or plexiglass – new conditions not signed. Original in 18ct 750 solid pink gold, inside has the signed Omega Watch co swiss, hallmark for the gold and from the Swiss production. Very solid, closes well as it should and with good pressure. Interesting thing is that i kept the original box because i never saw another one like this, this baby slept inside it for 15 years in my collection, the box is made of a golden metal material and inside has written the Omega Watch co. Accuracy medals (Teddington Observatory, that gives this “little star”at the dial), it shows some scratches outside, inside is very good. Strap- 18mm, a genuine leather artisanal, brown, kind of lezard leather. Not waterproof or water-resistant.
