Omega Seamaster 120 vintage 535.007 rare burgundy colour recently serviced

For sale is a stunning example of a mid-sized Seamaster 120 ref 535.007 quite a cool Seamaster reference with the James Bond agent number! The watch has a very rare and collectable burgundy dial and bezel. The diameter excluding the crown is 31mm and the lug width is 16mm. The movement serial number dates production of the watch to 1968. As you can see from the photos the watch is in beautiful condition for its age. The watch is completely original and the dial and hands retain the original tritium lume which is a wonderful custard tone that really complements the colour of the dial. The lume still shines when exposed to light but fades fairly quickly as it should for a watch of this era. When I photographed the watch there were some specs of dust on the crystal but the dial is actually spotless. The stainless steel case is in great shape and has nice sharp edges, the only deep scratch being on the caseback. The bezel is in unusually good condition and rotates in both directions. Part of the lume pip is missing although this is very often the case with this Seamaster 120 model. The acrylic crystal has the Omega logo etched in the centre and is pristine. The hand winding calibre 630 movement is in very good condition (see photo) and was professionally serviced in September 2017. It runs very well and keeps good time. The watch was tested as waterproof although I would advise keeping vintage watches away from water. The watch comes with a matching new leather strap and an unworn NOS (new old stock) Omega 5722 stainless steel bracelet with is the correct bracelet for this watch. I bought the watch from the original owner who told me it was a conformation gift and was only worn on special occasions. This is a rare and collectable example of a watch in unusually good condition and would make a great gift or addition to a serious collection of vintage Omega watches.
